Our division fosters collaboration, leadership, and advocacy to increase representation, break down barriers, and create lasting impact in counseling, education, and career development. VisionOur vision is to build a powerful network of Black counselors leading bold, equity-driven college and career initiatives that center the success of Black people and individuals across the African diaspora. Through collaboration, advocacy, and leadership development, we strive to cultivate an environment where Black professionals feel empowered and supported as they create lasting change within higher education and workforce sectors. MissionThe College & Career Counseling Division unites passionate Black counseling professionals who are dedicated to engaging, advocating for, and supporting individuals on their academic and career journeys. Our mission is to promote culturally responsive, inclusive, and person-centered practices through mentorship, training, and collaboration.
