    • Advocacy for Fair Treatment: We advocate for policies and practices that address disparities and bias within the mental health field, striving for equal treatment and opportunities for Black mental health professionals.
    • Accountability and Ethical Support: NABC members are dedicated to maintaining ethical standards in their interactions with colleagues and mentees. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where ethical behavior, professionalism, and respect for diversity are paramount.
