Please accept my cover letter and resume for the role of Psychologist at your school.  I am seeking to continue my career in providing quality mental health services for adolescents and young adults in the school environment. I currently work as the Clinical Director of the ACS Mental Health Team, a collaboration between Bellevue Hospital and the ACS Children’s Center. My team provides risk assessments and evaluations for children and youth housed in a preplacement facility while they await foster care placement.

I have previous experience working at a Quaker boarding school and in the college counseling centers at Sarah Lawrence College and Lehigh University prior to working as a department and therapy supervisor. I am excited to discuss the psychology role and to work with creative students. In 2019, prior to the pandemic, I moved to Washington, DC, and changes in my family situation have prompted me to seek employment in the New York area.
