The Frontline Workers Counseling Project seeks its first full-time, non-founder Executive Director to grow the project out of its start-up phase into a robust organization that can fully undertake its ambitious mission.
A 21st century non-profit that effectively combines authentic interpersonal relationships with evidence-based, trauma-informed research and a professionally-developed technology platform, the FWCP is poised for its next level of impact. An Executive Director who is both a creative visionary and a network-oriented achiever will create the conditions for the organization to thrive in the following three areas: 1) Imagine and build the organization; 2) Assess and strengthen the program; and 3) Champion and resource the work.
To be considered, candidates must have leadership experience within the non-profit sector. Strongly preferred is demonstrated leadership experience growing an early-stage program or organization. Professional or personal experience leading to an understanding of the mental health sector is essential. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is favorable.
The FWCP expects to offer a starting salary in the low $100K range, commensurate with the number of years of leadership experience of the selected candidate. The FWCP offers a generous benefits package, including paid time off.
